Where can I find technical information about a product?

Each of the items presented on the site has its own product specifications sheet.

Are all products available immediately?

The majority of our products are available and can be dispatched upon receipt of your payment.
Orders are dispatched by the French Post Office's COLISSIMO SUIVI service from Tuesday to Friday; delivery in France takes up to 48 hours (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS), and between 5 to 10 days for other countries. Orders placed before 12 pm are processed on the same day. Our real-time order tracking service allows you to keep up to date with the progress of your order, from the moment you place it to the moment you receive your purchase.

How do you open a customer account?

It's only possible to open a customer account when you make an order and the contents of your basket have been confirmed.
You will be asked to choose a log-in name and password.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your orders by bank card, cheque or bank transfer.
Purchases paid by bank card are always assigned a higher priority than those paid by cheque or bank transfer. This is because a sizeable proportion of those orders that are to be paid by cheque are never fulfilled, because we never receive the payment! This behaviour penalises those who are really interested and needlessly ties up articles that could be made available for genuine purchasers. Our payment system by card is totally secure and many countries have already dropped cheque payments, please take this into account when deciding your payment method.
Regarding bank transfers, your
order will only be approved and dispatched upon receipt of the full amount of your order. We do not accept to pay any bank fees.

My card payment has not been accepted, why?

Your card number must be entered with no spaces or dashes between the numbers, and you must not forget to provide your card security code. This is a three-digit code found on the back of your card. Finally, make sure that your bank card has not expired. If your payment still does not work, contact your bank to find out if you have exceeded your maximum monthly purchase limit, for example.

How can I be sure that my order has been processed?

When your order has been processed you will receive an email containing a summary of all the important information: the order number, total sum, contents, payment method, delivery addresses, etc.

How can I track the progress of my order?

You can track the progress of your order at any time. You just need to click on the link 'Your orders' in 'Your customer account'. Opposite the order you want to track, you can find out its status as it is dealt with by our teams, from the initial receipt of the order until the items are dispatched.

Am I informed when my order is dispatched?

You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched by our teams. This email will contain a tracking number, allowing you to find out where your package is from when it leaves our site until it is delivered to you.

What are the delivery costs?

We have established these postage rates in order to simplify the purchase process, so you can place an order at any time of the day or night.
Each month, we pay out everything that we receive for delivery and do not make any profits on top of this.
The 'postage rates' include not only delivery, but also the time dedicated to packaging, the cost of purchasing the packaging and the invoicing, and come to the same price for an order of €10 as for an order of €1000.
The rates might seem disproportionate for small orders, but this is the way we work and there is nothing stopping you from placing a joint order with friends, waiting until you want to purchase other items or visiting our shop if you come to Brittany - it's a great place!

My country does not appear on the list of countries that can be delivered to, what do I do?

We do not dispatch items to Russia. For other destinations, or if you have any other query, do not hesitate to contact us.
