Fabrics for napoleonic uniforms: melton, velvet..
It is more and more difficult to find good melton to make uniforms.
We have 10 years experience of making costumes, and we know quite well now what are the suppliers who can offer the best cloth for reasonable prices
You can buy us many cloths, some can be sold all the year long, some are bought in auctions or in special occasions and cannot be replaced at these prices.
We can also supply some rare colours, but for these special orders, we ask you to order a minimum of 6 metres when stock exists, but up to 50 m when we have to make them especially.
it is what our suppliers ask from us.

Amaranth - Wool 150cm - Price by meter - Made in Germany
The amaranth color was historically made by mixing scarlet red with blue. It is a red that tends towards purple but remains quite bright and clear if compared to burgundy.
This color was rarely used under the 1st Empire but it can still be found on certain "officier ordonnance" such as those of Prince Murat.
Today this color is used for paratrooper berets in the French army.

We sell a part of our own stock of cotton velvet.
We don't need to keep all. Few meters are remaining in some colours. We eventually have a little bit more than what we propose, if you need more, ask us!

Intérieurs pour shakos et casques divers.
Nous avions prévu de vendre les shakos en Kit, mais nos clients veulent essentiellement des shakos tout faits.
Nous vendons les quelques intérieurs qui nous restent.
Chaque pièce est constituée d'une partie en basane noire et d'une bande en toile de coton écrue, dans laquelle coulisse un cordon de coton écru.
