Red sash for a french lawyer. Thin fringes and bullions. Moiré fabric.
An older-style sash, made using the same ribbon as that of the Grand Cordon of the Legion of Honour; this particular sash is worn around the waist by certain lawyers.
It is adjusted to fit a person with a maximum waist measurement of 108 cm, but will also suit individuals with a smaller build.

Éts David supplied numerous South American countries that had equipped themselves according to the "German model"; consequently, some of the supplies are "German-compatible." We are not specialists in this area, so we leave it to you to judge.

Capitaine de vaisseau epaulettes, in their box
Manufacturer: Nicolas, 82 Rue des Petits Champs, Place Vendôme. Produced during the Third Republic, this is the model known as the 1852–1870 pattern.
The metal parts show oxidation, except for the anchors, which were protected by their gilding. Otherwise, the condition is impeccable.

By changing the buttons, these epaulettes can also be used to complete reenactment outfits for other military branches, collector's uniforms, or even traditional attire.

Red center, gold edges:

These clover-shaped fittings—originally intended for the Republican Guard—were never finished; they date back over 60 years.
The section designed to hold the button is not stitched down. Some feature clips on the back, while others do not.
There is some oxidation on a few of them; although they were never used, the passage of 60 years has inevitably taken its toll.

Gold and red aiguillettes without metal tips. Manufactured prior to 1960. New old stock.
Among the stock held by Établissements David, we discovered several hundred of these aiguillettes—specifically the model widely used by the Republican Guard—featuring a level of quality rarely seen today. They lack their original metal tips (ferrules), giving you the option to fit them with different styles—perhaps from other eras or units, such as those used by certain non-commissioned officers in the Imperial Guard.
As they have never been worn, they are in brand-new condition.

The square braid has a slightly shiny appearance; it is probably made of silk or viscose.

Cloverleaf epaulettes with half-ball buttons. Produced before 1960. The pair
The red epaulettes are new and come from Éts David.
They are not sewn (see picture) for a few centimeters in the area where the buttons are located.
The other epaulettes come from Éts Peignon, a costume maker in Nantes that operated from the Second Empire until the early 2000s. Their stock contained some real gems... We were there during their liquidation sales.
The two white trefoils are not actually a pair; the fastening systems are slightly different, which is not noticeable once installed.
The two blue ones underneath are also very slightly different, but they are not visible side by side on the uniform. Price reflects this.
