Dagger for french air force, 1934 type

  1. Out of stock

Brushed brass mount with a square nut pommel screwed (crooked, but this is the surprising process on this model) to the tang of the blade, ring, and flat guard with a straight cut end.
Quadrangular fuze in very dark blue plastic...which actually looks black.
26 cm straight blade with a heel edged with two curved rods/springs ensuring the blade lock, manufacturer's markings.
Total length: 410 mm
Scabbard covered in fine imitation leather, three brass fittings, two small bail rings.

Model created for non-commissioned officers of the French Air Force before World War II, adopted on July 20, 1934.
A variant was put into service from 1979.
