This uniform was created at the request of a recently deceased client who had assembled a private mini-museum featuring uniforms from units that are rarely documented; we tailored these specifically to his measurements (1.75 m tall, 104 cm chest, 90 cm waist).
We purchased the entire collection from his heir and are now re-listing several uniforms that had been reserved by a customer who was ultimately unable to complete the purchase due to health issues.

There are relatively few sources available regarding this uniform... and, as is often the case, they can be contradictory.
In some instances, we have made an arbitrary choice, while in others we leave the decision to the client—bearing in mind that, at the time, variations could exist within a single regiment depending on supplier availability or the colonel's personal whims.
This uniform is inspired by the Girbal illustration (attached) accompanying Hourtoulle’s Plate No. 33.
