Cartridge box formerly housed in a small private museum.
All fittings are silver. Manufactured in our workshop; we acquired it from the son of the deceased owner.
Light cavalry officers whose uniforms featured "white" buttons—which were in fact silver—wore this type of cartridge box during the Empire period.
Dimensions of the box unit alone: 17 x 8 x 3.5 cm.
